The Art Bar Launched this December 16, 2017, and liven up the whole THE BOX complex located at street 45, Phnom Penh.
The Art Bar is an art studio that offers a fun and unique way to express your creativity solo, with friends, colleagues, loved ones, kids and even strangers. The Art Bar is an interactive workshop & platform to create your own artwork while being guided by an experienced artist and taking it home with you proudly. Whether it’s creating your very first painting, crafting a truly unique pottery, or making a one of a kind jewelry, there will always be something new to create at The Art Bar, no prior experience necessary.
The Art Bar bridges the gap between the general non-artistic public and the art world. We are showing the world that it’s not only easy to paint, or throw a clay, but also highly fun and addictive!
At the night of the launching, more than a hundred people came to join us in what had become a magical evening.

Art For A Cause
All the artworks created by the artist were auctioned as a finale, whom 50% went to Cambodia Organization for Living and Temporary Care (COLT) and the other half going to the artist to support the local talent.
Kristen from COLT gave a brief introduction about the foundation and the wonderful things they are doing to improve the lives of the homeless childrens in Phnom Penh.
The generous bidders of the night helped us raise more than $2000 dollars, with Mariune’s art getting the highest bid at $500.
We wrapped up the night with positive vibes, new friendships, stronger bonds, and better appreciation of not only the wonderful world of art, but also the immense unexposed talents we have here in Phnom Penh.
There will be more exciting events coming from The Art Bar crew, so stay tuned!
